Getting things done quicker! Before it is too late!

Companies and administrations struggle to expedite execution, which results in demotivation and a lack of trust at multiple levels, including among employees and customers.

I have been thinking a lot over the last few months about how critical it is for all companies and public or private administrations to accelerate the execution of new projects and processes. It is possible, not only by thinking about AI and/or IT, but also by:

• developing a proper Lean mindset

• Uncovering sources of waste in the end-to-end processes

• Encouraging structured and well-organized teamwork across all departments, and in each department

• Removing the bureaucratic mindset that transforms every project or request into a multi-step process!

I know it works, everywhere, in

• Administrative functions

• R&D

• Marketing,

• Government departments,

• across all functions!
