Welcome on my blog, I am Catherine Converset,
President of Productivity Innovation, I am a Senior Lean Leadership Consultant, Lean Speaker, Lean Teacher and Coach. I believe in the vast potential for competitiveness in Western organizations. Everything must change! More than ever, organizations need skilled people working in a collaborative environment. Therefore, it is paramount to develop people’s skills, help them speak the same language, and see and experiment with new ways of working. In a genuinely Lean organization, everyone learns daily and by doing.

When discussing Excellence, I do not like talking about Lean tools but rather about lean concepts and principles and how the organic implementation of these principles transforms an organization. In this blog, I share some considerations and reflections based on actual Operational Excellence, Organizational changes, and Innovation experiences. I also share articles or White Papers to investigate Lean concepts and principles.
