When discussing Excellence, I do not like talking about Lean tools but rather about lean concepts and principles and how the organic implementation of these principles transforms an organization. In this blog, I share some considerations and reflections based on actual Operational Excellence, Organizational changes, and Innovation experiences. I also share articles or White Papers to investigate Lean concepts and principles.
I aim to help companies and administrations engage in organic changes to create a customer-oriented culture, improve efficiency, and develop innovative solutions.
